Our decades of diverse experience have only made us better. We offer heavy civil construction services in Water Resources, Industrial & Commercial, and Power Generation through our largest subsidiary P&J.
Through our subsidiaries, P&J and RowCon, we are one of the nation’s largest right-of-way (ROW) and access contractors. We offer a diversified and unique portfolio of experience gained from ROW services projects executed throughout the United States, in a wide variety of operational environments. We are an established leader in turnkey ROW and civil services primarily related to transmission line construction and maintenance, pipeline construction and maintenance, and substation site development and protection. P&J handles all non-union ROW construction projects and RowCon handles all union ROW construction projects.
